1 1/2 cups buttermilk (375 mL)
1 egg, separated
1 1/2 cups Only Oats™ Whole Oat Pancake Mix (375 mL)
1. In a large bowl, mix buttermilk and egg yolk. Stir in Only Oats™ Whole Oat Pancake Mix. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter. Scoop batter into heated waffle maker and cook until nicely browned.
2. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit or your topping of choice.
