1 cup granulated sugar (250 mL)
1 cup butter (250 mL)
3 cups Only Oat™ Oat Flour (750 mL)
1. Preheat oven to 325 F (160 C)
2. In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add 2 1/2 cups (375 mL) Only Oats™ Oat Flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Turn out onto a surface floured with remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) flour. Knead dough until it cracks on surface. Roll out 1/4-inch thick and cut out with cutters.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
