Using the Only Oats™ Grandma's Oatmeal Cookie Mix, mix as per package instructions.  Adding 1/2 cup (125 mL) of any of the following ingredients:

  • chocolate chips
  • Smarties
  • M&M's
  • chopped nuts
  • dried cranberries or cherries or blueberries
  • raisins or currants
  • coconut

1. Mix as per package instructions.  Turn batter out onto a cookie sheet and shape into a round pizza shape - dough will be 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick.

2. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until slightly brown.

3. Use gluten-free icing to decorate if desired.
