2 cups Only Oats™ Cinnamon Spice Muffin Mix (500 mL)
2 eggs
1 over ripe banana, mashed (1/2 cup/125 mL)*
1/4 cup canola oil (60 mL)
2 Tbsp milk or apple juice (30 mL)
2/3 cup chocolate chips (150 mL)
1/2 cup pecans (optional) (125 mL)

1.  Combine all ingredients. Bake as per package instructions.
